The Bambouseraie park was not opened to the public until 100 years after it was created. For the Bambouseraie teams have always been driven by a passion for botany and horticulture. From that passion was born a living sanctuary devoted to nature, gradually turning towards receiving people and also towards an exchange of knowledge and artistic creation.

Nowadays the same spirit prevails over the Bambouseraie’s destiny : the respect of nature rather than running after profit is what governs the life of the park.

That is why you will find neither on-line shopping nor advertisements. You’ll find advice, tips, information about how to cultivate your own bamboo plants, you’ll find out about the artistic dates punctuating Bambouseraie life, and you’ll definitely share our passion for the magic woven by plants.

The outcome of this passion is naturally an enchanted visit inside the park. An ever-changing park, in which new zones are regularly created and where your well-being and renewed internal peace are the real reward for our efforts.

You are visitors honouring us with your presence, we are your hosts. We aren’t trying for a maximum number of visitors ; on the contrary, we control numbers so that everyone can enjoy the park in comfort.

The entrance prices you pay are used to maintain and expand the Bambouseraie, day in, day out, and to perpetuate it for future generations. Thus your contribution participates directly in the park’s evolution, in developing its species and spaces.
