ACCESS


By car:
> from Nîmes on the A9 motorway, head towards Alès on the N106 and continue to Anduze on the D910. The Bambouseraie is 3 km from Anduze on the D129

By train:

Alès train station is 10 km from the Bambouseraie.


By bus:

The Gard General Council offers you to consult the schedules of the Edgard bus network or choose to take a NTecC bus at the Alès bus station line 81.

Yes, you can buy your tickets online in the ticketing tab or go directly to the reception on the day of your visit. 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION & SAFETY


Allow at least 2 hours to fully appreciate your visite.

Obvisously! Do not forget to identify the Bambouseraie on your publications, we will not fail to repost your most beautiful creations.

The route is carried out independently.

It is highly recommended to wear sports shoes and clothing suitable for outdoor recreation.

You are responsible for your own safety. Children from 6 years old are under the full responsibility of the adults who accompany them in the nets and supervise them. Children up to 6 years old have a dedicated discovery trail.

This course is not recommended for pregnant women and people with fragile joints or heats problems.

The Aerial Walk is a quiet walk in height, jumps and acrobatics in the nets are not allowed.

Our agents on site will give you all the necessary information to enjoy our Aerial Walk.

Yes, lockers are available to store your belongings during your visit if you wish.

From March 2nd to Novembre 17th, the park is open 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.

> Access to bamboutique, garden centre and bambousnack is free (opening according to season)

PRICES & TICKETING


You can buy your tickets online or directly at the park ticket office juste before your visit however we ask you to privilege the purchase of your ticket on our online ticket office.

Children, people with disabilities and seniors can benefit from preferential rates. Buy your tickets in one click on the ticketing button.

Yes, there are gift cards that you can buy online by clicking on the ticketing button.

The annual pass is nominative and individual. It will allow you to enjoy the wonderful and fascinating world of plants and access to our guided tours, events and animations. This pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase during the opening period of the park.


Adult pass : 37,50€


Child pass (from 4 to 13 years) : 20 €

SERVICES & ACCESSIBILITY


For safety reasons, we are forced to refuse access to the park to bicycles, scooters and balance bikes.

Absolutely, the visit is possible with a stroller.

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome but they will have to kept on a leash.

Yes, the whole course is accessible.

> An extra wheelchair suitable for people with reduces mobility is availabe.

COVID-19 HEALTH MEASURES


In application of the measures taken by the government, in the fight against COVID-19, the Bambouseraie in Cevennes has put in place a sanitary device to welcome you in the best conditions and ensure your safety throughout your visit.

To best prepare your visit:


Ø PROTOCOL


● Throughout your visit, be sure to respect the barrier gestures and physical distancing measures in effect. Floor markings guide you to the reception area.

● Hydroalcoholic gel is available on the reception area.


● Favour the purchase of your ticket on our online ticket office.

● Promote contactless credit card payment.

● Adaptation of the number of people according to the workshops / events proposed: control and limitation if necessary of access to an adapted capacity.

● In case of symptom, the visitor undertakes to inform the staff of the Bambouseraie who will refer to COVID referents for treatment in compliance with the protocol.
